Water Damage at Warehouse in Lake Barrington, IL

SERVPRO of Barrington/North Schaumburg was called out on a multiple pipe break water loss in Lake Barrington. The entire 3,ooo square foot space was effected. We mitigated the water loss then did the reconstruction into a boutique store. We performed the mitigation and reconstruction. The reconstruction involved removal of both drop and drywall ceilings, refinishing the floor, installation of new drywall, all new electric and plumbing. Bathrooms were completely remodeled and new fixtures were installed along with a new water heater. Prior to the water loss this space had stood vacant for a long period of time. It is now a vibrant new business.
