Tim and SERVPRO did s wonderful job for a real estate client of mine, and ultimately kept our home sale transaction together. During the home inspection, we found an ejector pump in the crawl space of the home had stopped functioning. By the extent of the damage, it had probably been in disrepair for years, and the cleanup job was extensive. Tim and his team were able to get in there quickly to address the problem and handle the cleanup, which kept our buyer in the deal and we closed on time. I just wanted to say thanks again for helping us out yesterday at our rental property. Eric went above and beyond in wading through the 8 inches of water in our crawlspace with me to diagnose the issue with our sump pump (turned out to be the check valve). As of this morning we have rectified the issue and got all of the water out.

It speaks volumes to your personality to volunteer to help us out in that situation even though that had nothing to do with your visit yesterday. It saved me hours of lost time and money as I would have probably just bought a new sump pump thinking the existing one died. And you saved my shoes/clothes by having those trash bags handy.
