On 4-17-2013 we encountered approximately 4 inches of water in our recreation and utility areas. The insurance company claim representative Christopher A., inspected the damage and explained the process and what to expect. Exactly two weeks later our house was back in order and our life was back to normal.

After a recent water damage to our home, we called SERVPRO to come out to look at the damages. The guys that were doing the work were very nice, knowledgeable of the business and did a great job cleaning up the mess in a timely fashion. Once they were done, they asked us to do a walk through, made sure we didn't have any questions and left. Even though it was a nightmare to have your basement flood, these guys took good care of us and I would recommend them to anyone I know.
